The Second Toolbar

Let's take each command one at a time. I don't have the pictures of these buttons
but I will take each from left to right. Their appearence is self explanatory.

Paragraph Style My personal preference is to not use this. The different heading are text sizes in descending order with 1 being the largest.
Text Size A shortcut button to assign a size for your text. Your can either highlight text and choose a size from the drop down list or click where you are going to type your text and assign the size before you type it.
Text Color A shortcut button to assign a color for your text. This does not effect the default color for the page. Use this button to assign a color (other than the default color) to text. When you click on the colored Rubic's like square your color picker will pop up. You can use this the same as the size control.
Bold Text Give your text a bold style with this button.
Italic Text Give your text an Italic slant with this text. This works best if your text is all upper or all lower case.
Underline Text Draws an underline under given text. Use this sparingly since underlined text is usually a link of some kind. It is not necessary to underline text to link it. The underlining happens automatically when you link it to another page or target.
Clear All Text Proprties The button that looks like an A being erased. This doesn't erase any text, only it's properties. It will remove color, size, boldness, italic, and any link the text might contain. It will not affect it's alignment
Buletted List A bullet is a small dot. A bulleted list is used to format any list you have neatly. To use click the bulleted list on and start typing your lines. Everytime you hit the Enter or Return button a new bullet wil pop up. To turn off just click again after your last return.
Numbered List A numbered list works just the same as the bulleted list but puts sequential numbers in front of your lines instead of bullets.
Indent Left Will move highlighted text to the left. This button is mainly used to undo to many indent rights.
Indent Right Will move highlighted text to the right. This can be very useful in aligning the text on your page to get it just the way you want it. Just highlight your text and keep hitting the button until it's where you want it.
Alignment Justification is which side of the page the text aligns on. If you'll look at the pictures on the button you will see how the text aligns. All left, centered, or all right.
